You pay Avranta a 9% (≈ one monthly salary) “recruitment fee” – 50% after hiring a candidates, 50% after his/her 3 months probation period.

Avranta grew up organically from a traditional recruitment agency business that we had been doing for 10 years providing the best-in-class service to our customers-employers.
- Initial geography that we were focused on as a recruitment agency was Eastern Europe which is nowadays the #1 labor market for hiring remote talents. Avranta is really good at sourcing candidates in Eastern- and Central-European countries, Balkans and CIS
- Our focus has always been on hiring remote professionals into Tech startups, growing SMBs and GameDev companies, often via cross-border employment. Our experience in this field migrated into Avranta which fits well for businesses that are looking for remote employees abroad
- Already back during our past recruitment agency times we practiced a referral program collaborating with "external agents" that recommended us candidates. This practice grew up into Avranta's main sourcing channel now
