My name is Pavel Savinkin, I’m the Founder and Senior Recruiter at Avranta – revenue talents recruitment agency that helps Tech, Digital, and Innovative companies and startups find and hire talented Sales and Business Development professionals. I’m happy to greet you on our website!

Initially I was a Sales & Business Development executive that joined a B2B Sales space as a young professional in 2006 and in 2009 joined the Tech & Digital industry. After years of work in B2B Sales and Sales Management I decided to set up a specialized recruitment agency that would help B2B Tech companies and startups grow their businesses by hiring really talented Sales professionals. And that is actually what we continue to do now.

As a Recruiter and the Founder of a recruitment agency I had a chance to take part in building revenue teams at different Tech startups. Several of them grew with my help from small seed-stage teams into regional or even worldwide industry leaders.
