Either you reach us out or we proactively contact you or somebody introduces us - we’ll set up a call to get to know each other, understand your needs, explain how we work, and discuss the terms of our potential collaboration.
Diving into Your Business Situation and Needs
This step can be joined with the first one. We will have a meaningful conversation with the key "hiring manager(s)" who is in charge of the Revenue Generation Process and the Revenue Team. Depending on your company it can be a Founder / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Head of Sales or other key person in charge.
The purpose of this talk is not just to hear who you need (which is of course absolutely important), but also to understand your business model and sales strategies / practices, hear your pains and previous hiring experience, share with you our similar cases and expert view on what kind of candidates may fit you best taking into account your business specific and real labor market situation, work out a portrait of an ideal (and an acceptable) candidate and to determine the workflow for our collaboration.
Searching for the Right Candidates that Fit Your Business
We will source candidates for your business, interview and evaluate them. We will not only source and talk to candidates, but we will also "sell" you company as the best place for work and self-realization to those candidates who match your needs in both hard and soft skills.
You will step by step receive pre-selected candidates from us with our expert comments about each of them.
Full Support During the Hiring Process
We stay fully engaged and assist you in dealing with candidates during the whole interviewing and hiring process.
• We coordinate interviews via your preferred channels (Slack, Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or email) being in touch both with your team and candidates.
• We provide continuous, transparent updates and gather real-time feedback.
• We update you with the information that candidates share with us (their real salary expectations, their interest in your company and the role, their doubts and questions, their alternative job options - if they have such).
• We refine our strategy based on evolving market insights and your input over the time, if needed.
• We help you to make a job offer and run final negotiations with a candidate (if needed).
Payment
You pay us only after a found employee starts working in your company. No upfront payments and no commitments from your side until you hire a candidate provided by Avranta. See our pricing model and the prices in the section below.

Pricing & Payment
Avranta is a recruitment agency and works on a commission-based, pay-per-hire terms which means that an employer pays us a commission for each successful hire.
The commission is ought to be paid only after we have found an employee and he/she starts working for the employer. No upfront payments and no commitments before there is a real working employee.
We don’t charge anything from candidates.
Our standard commission is equivalent to 1,5 month’s gross salary of a hired employee, or 12,5% of his/her annual gross salary.
The payment is divided into two installments:

50% is due once the employee starts working.

The remaining 50% is payable after the employee has completed three months of employment.
If the employment is terminated by the employer or the employee within those first three months, the second installment will be waived.

Yes, we assist in hiring both employees and contractors, recognizing that the distinction between the two is often blurred today. We typically focus on sourcing talent for full-time roles, whether permanent or contract-based.
Absolutely! If you introduce us to a company that could benefit from our services, we’ll gladly reward you with 10% of the revenue generated from that collaboration during the first 6 months.
