Hi! I'm Pavel Savinkin - the founder of Avranta

I’m professional Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Counsultant. Before creating Avranta I had been working for 13 years with Tech startups, Digital businesses and GameDev companies. 10 of this 13 I purely did Recruitment and Talent Acquisition helping companies find and hire exceptional talents, mainly internationally and on a remote basis. It was 10 years of interviews with different types of professionals and dealing with hundreds of employers. 

I’m digital nomad by myself and lived in 8 different countries: in Eastern-Europe, Balkans, Baltics and Scandinavia. The idea of Avranta is based on my professional and personal life experience both. I know that Eastern and Central Europe + Balkans – is the greatest region for Western-European, Scandinavian and US startups and SMBs to hire remote talents. Me and our team have a lot of experience in sourcing candidates in this region.
