Avranta provides recruitment services. We source and pre-select talents and offer them to employers for hiring

We constantly source the labor market, find professionals currently open for new remote career opportunities, interview them and publish their CVs on our platform in short depersonalized versions. Employers are able to browse candidates using a wide range of filters and choose those ones that fit their specific needs. 

We open candidates’ full CVs with contacts + our comments regarding them to direct employers that we’ve pre-agreed on collaboration. If you want to deal with Avranta as an employer – let’s get acquainted and fix the terms & conditions of our collaboration. Our standard conditions are: employer pays Avranta a 9% (≈ one monthly salary) “recruitment fee” – 50% after hiring a candidates, 50% after his/her 3 months probation period. You don’t pay anything upfront. Pay only in case a candidate really fits your needs and you hire him/her.

We help employers in dealing with candidates if needed

Avranta grew up from a recruitment agency. Our focus has always been on helping employers to find right candidates + deal with them until the 1st day of a candidate at work.

Different employers have different situation and approach. If you have your own recruitment team and prefer to deal with candidates on your own – fine, use Avranta as a sourcing tool to get right candidates for your positions. But if your company is a startup that needs help with managing the process of finding, interviewing and hiring candidates – then we will happy to help you with the whole recruitment process.

How to collaborate with Avranta if you are employer

  1. Reach Avranta, let’s talk, get acquainted, choose means of communication and make a deal on terms and conditions of our collaboration.
  2. Browse candidates on our platform using advanced filters and choose those who look interesting for you whos full CVs you would like to see. We are in touch with all the candidates. It means that we publish only profiles of real people who are ready to consider new job options right now.
  3. Tell us IDs of candidates you are interested in. We will open you their full CVs + provide additional information about them in comments (we interview each candidate before publishing him/her on our platform).
  4. Having full CVs and comments you may decide which candidates to proceed with. We will reach those candidates you are interested in with the information about your company and the open position and will connect candidates with you.
  5. Go through the hiring pipeline as usual – interview and hire those candidates you like. Avranta’s team will help you in dealing with candidates on all the stages if needed.
  6. After hiring a candidate provided by Avranta you pay us a recruitment fee. We work on pay-per-hire model – you don’t pay anything upfront.
